[31] And seeing him, who seemed like the goddess of speech's very body assuming the form of letters, like the stream of the Gaṅgā descending from Viṣṇu's foot, like Mount Kailāsa embodying Śiva, an object of a hundred thousand Vaiṣṇavas' [veneration], like [Kṛṣṇa's] own heap of fame filling the ears with diverse songs, like the Ocean of Milk bearing inwardly the name of Nārāyaṇa and others, like the moon rich in copious arts holding within itself the splendour of Kṛṣṇa, like an autumn cloud showering streams of tears that were tears of joy, like the laughing burst of his own devotee manifested through attachment to a special devotion, [Kṛṣṇa] embraced him with joyful delight.
