[64] 'Thus, through the phrase "solely for the pleasure of charming play" and through "with abundant rasa of love", here in Vraja the fact that the pleasure of his play is the fulfillment of all desires and that it bestows various rasas of love would be shown. And in this very way, the absence of jealousy among them that was previously effected by māyā would also be fully sustained among these [women], even though the secret had been made manifest through their great separation. Moreover, though the divine play of the descent—whose nature is such as must necessarily occur in every kalpa of the Lord—playing to reveal the power of the love of his beloveds and to delight his dear ones, covered in the assembly of cowherd maidens the awareness: "I am his eternal beloved," as in the daughter of Janaka, nevertheless it was not able to veil their love.'
