vrajeśvaras tu pralīna-manastāyām api jīvan-mukta-vad eva saṃskāra-vaśād idaṃ jagāda,( vatsa! nijānuja-vatsala ! sa kevalatayā manobalaṃ hāsyati; tasmād anujaṃ tam evānuyāhi iti |

[54] The lord of Vraja, however, though his mind had dissolved, spoke as follows purely under the sway of past impressions, like one liberated while living: “My child! You who are so fond of your younger brother! He will lose his mental strength in solitude; therefore, follow that very younger brother!”
