[68] tāś ca dhairyaṃ hitvā sa-sambhramaṃ bālakaṃ gṛhītvā procuḥ,
"asmākaṃ yad akhilam asti puṇya-jātaṃ
yad vāsmat-pitṛ-jananī-kulānujātam |
tenāsau bata bhavatād aho yaśode
putras te niravadhi-maṅgala-pramode || [praharṣiṇī]

And they, abandoning composure and reverently taking the boy, said:
'Whatever collection of religious merits belongs to us,
Or whatever has arisen in the lineage of our parents,
Ah, by that, O Yaśodā, may this son of yours
Remain in boundless auspicious bliss!'
