Thus taking the effort herself, the wife of the king of Vraja, repeatedly churning the mass of curd, sang to prolong his sleep, and looking only at his face with one-pointed attention, sang exclusively of his pastimes all around. As was stated by the venerable Bādarāyaṇi:
