Then, at his side, he bowed to Vaidehī, whose birth was dependent on Janaka's sacrifice, who was like a crescent of the new moon, / and who, by virtue of the forests, brought about an unimpaired condition resembling Ayodhyā through the contact of the marks of her lotus feet. 78
