2.13.41

tasya prāptavratasyāyaṃ kālaḥ syādviguṇādhikaḥ /
vedavratacyuto vrātyaḥ sa vrātyastomamarhati //

For him who has reached the time for the vow, this time may be up to twice as long; / fallen from the Vedic vow, he becomes a vrātya, and he is entitled to the vrātyastoma sacrifice.
