16.16

ujjhatsu saṃhāra ivāstasaṃkhyam ahnāya tejasviṣu jīvitāni
lokatrayāsvādanalolajihvaṃ na vyādadāty ānanam atra mṛtyuḥ //

While the spirited warriors swiftly cast off their lives / in boundless number as at world's destruction,
Death here does not open his mouth, / his tongue eager to taste the three worlds.
