avimṛṣyam etad abhilaṣyati sa dviṣatāṃ vadhena viṣayābhiratim
bhavavītaye na hi tathā sa vidhiḥ kva śarāsanaṃ kva ca vimuktipathaḥ //
Without deliberation he desires enjoyment of sense-objects through the slaughter of his foes; / for such a practice is not meant for the end of worldly existence: where is a bow, and where is the path to liberation?
