nidrāvinoditanitāntaratiklamānām āyāmimaṅgalaninādavibodhitānām
rāmāsu bhāvivirahākulitāsu yūnāṃ tatpūrvatām iva samādadhire ratāni //

For the youths, their intense fatigue from love-making dispelled by sleep, / awakened by prolonged, auspicious morning sounds, / love-makings with the women, troubled by imminent separation, / seemed to take on a freshness as of the first time.
