sarasvatyāstaṭeramye ṛṣayassatramāsata | vitarkassamabhūtteṣāṃ
triṣvadhikeṣuko? mahān ||

On the charming bank of the Sarasvatī, the sages sat at a sacrificial session. / A debate arose among them: “Among the three superior ones, who is the greatest?”
