adṛkṣatā 'mbhāṃsi navotpalāni, rutāni cā 'śroṣata ṣaṭ-padānām,
āghrāyi vān gandha-vahaḥ su-gandhas tenā'ravinda-vyatiṣaṅga-vāṃś ca.

Water with fresh blue lotuses was seen, and the hum of six-footed bees was heard;
the fragrant wind carrying scent was inhaled by him, and that which bore association with lotuses.
