astyeva sā bahutarāṅkavatī tuleva
kālasya sarvajanapaṇyaparigraheṣu .
kṣipraprakṛṣṭapalakalpanayā yayāsau
bhāgī kṛtaḥ parimitatvamupaiti meruḥ ..50..

There is indeed that woman, like the scale of Time with its numerous notches
in weighing out the merchandise of all folk,
by whom, through the rapid reckoning of precious weights,
even Mount Meru is reduced to a measured portion.
