"O unswerving Kamalā, whose abode is the excellent lotus of the mind,
protect [me], O Caṇḍī, spotless with terrible might for breaking the great delusion!" (74)

(A coalescence of six languages).
O Devī Caṇḍī, protect! Though Lakshmi is fickle, you are the unwavering Kamalā; you dwell in the prime lotus of the heart; you possess dreadful power to smash great delusion (ignorance)... All six languages—Sanskrit, Mahārāṣṭrī, Paiśācī, Māgadhī, Śaurasenī, and Apabhraṃśa—are combined here, in that the syllables are common to all six without distinction. (74)

"Though you are Durgā [difficult to reach], O Mother, you are easy to attain through devotion;
though devoted to Bhava, you destroy worldly existence (bhava);
though ever to be meditated upon, O Devī, you are always to be chanted:
wondrous is this conduct of yours!" (75)
