May that boundless, limitless speech, unhindered and unobstructed, protect [you]. Repeatedly, again and again, [protecting] from the destruction of excellence. Producing delight: she who produces passion or cuts it off, she is the maker of delight. May she protect a desired or neutral thing. Of what kind of you? Of you whose enemy is boundless. Moreover, preeminent in dignity: distinguished, superior through dignity and honor. The meaning is: teacher of all. This is the samudgaka pattern. || 16
