And by whom, unborn, joyful, with delighted mind, when the enemy, the adversary, was struck down, slain by sharp weapons, acute arms, that hope of victory arising from conciliation—desire for conquest produced by peaceful alliance—was relinquished, abandoned out of pride, through arrogance, by those gods, deities. 'Joyful' means one whose arising of conciliation exists. || 21
