May Pārvatī quell your enemies, crush your foes, from every side, from all directions and places. Cast off, destroyed are the great faults, formed and formless. Likewise, she is the refuge, the place of fearlessness, for the three worlds in distress, filled with suffering, consisting of the earth, atmosphere, and heaven. Furthermore, by whom the daitya champions, the chief asuras, were crushed, destroyed mercilessly, without pity. Moreover, through the manifestations of her own limbs, her portion-creations, she gently, slowly, dispels, drives away the great delusion of the heart, the lack of discernment that is born in the mind and deeply impenetrable, difficult to pierce. In another respect, merely remembered, merely meditated upon by one devoted to her worship, a man intent on service who has a desire for fitting praise, she nourishes, brings about all that is wished.
