agner janma tathā śrutvā śāṇḍilyasya mahātmanaḥ
dilīpaṃ yajamānaṃ ye paśyanti susamāhitāḥ
satyavantaṃ mahātmānaṃ te 'pi svargajito narāḥ //

Having thus heard of the birth of the fire of the great-souled Śāṇḍilya, / those men who, well-composed, behold Dilīpa the sacrificer, / the truthful, great-souled one, also conquer heaven.
