116.30

aśāstravihitā prajñā evam eva bhaviṣyati
aśāstraviduṣāṃ puṃsām evam eva svabhāvataḥ |
apramāṇaṃ kariṣyanti nītiṃ paṇḍitamāninaḥ |
śāstroktasyāpravaktāro bhaviṣyanti yugakṣaye //

Wisdom will simply be unordained by the treatises;
it will be thus of its own accord for men ignorant of the treatises;
fancying themselves learned, they will reject policy as unauthoritative;
at the destruction of the yuga they will not speak what is taught by the treatises.
