dharatsūtsannabhūteṣu teṣu te nāsti kāraṇam
bhavāṃs tu tapasā śreṣṭhaḥ prajāpatisamadyutiḥ //
While they endure, when they are extinguished there will be no motive [to perpetuate them]; / but you are pre-eminent in ascetic heat, equal in radiance to Prajāpati.
