āpaḥ sa vaśagāḥ kṛtvā divijātāś ca bhūmijāḥ
sthāpayām āsa jagatīṃ suguptāṃ dharaṇīdharaiḥ //
Having brought under his control the waters born in heaven and those born on earth, / he made the earth stand well-protected by the mountain-bearers.
