taj jalaṃ vajraniṣpeṣair vimuñcati nabhogatam
bahubhiḥ kāmagair meghaiḥ śakro bhṛtyair iveśvaraḥ //
Śakra releases that water situated in the sky through collisions of thunderbolts,
by means of many clouds going at will, as a lord through servants."
