gotamasyātmajaś caiva śaradvān nāma gautamaḥ
kauśiko gālavaś caiva ruruḥ kāśyapa eva ca
ete sapta mahātmāno bhaviṣyā munisattamāḥ //
and the son of Gotama, Gautama named Śaradvant; / the son of Kuśika, Gālava, and Ruru the descendant of Kaśyapa— / these seven high-souled ones will be the best of munis.
