pāṇau gṛhīte vaidarbhyās tv aniruddhena bhārata
vaidarbhayādavānāṃ ca babhūva paramotsavaḥ |
remire vṛṣṇayas tatra pūjyamānā yathāmarāḥ //

When the hand of the Vidarbha princess was taken by Aniruddha, O Bhārata, / there was supreme celebration among the Vidarbhas and Yādavas; / honored like immortals, the Vṛṣṇis rejoiced there.
