maṇiparvatayātrāṃ hi gate devakinandane
tathā krīḍāgṛhāṇi ca |
udyānavanamukhyāni valabhīcatvarāṇi ca |
saṃprāpte tu tadā kṛṣṇe |
viśvakarmāṇam āhūya devarājo 'bravīd idam //
When the son of Devakī had gone on the expedition to the jewel mountain, / and likewise the pleasure-houses, / the prominent gardens and groves, and the upper terraces and squares [were completed]— / but when Kṛṣṇa had arrived, / the king of the gods summoned Viśvakarman and said this:
