yātudhānyuvāca |
nāmanairuktametatte duḥkhavyābhāṣitākṣaram |
naitaddhārayituṃ śakyaṃ gacchāvatara padminīm || 40 ||

"Yatudhani said, The explanation thou hast given me of thy name is perfectly incomprehensible to me in consequence of the inflections the roots have undergone. Go and plunge into this lake of lotuses!'
