yadā hi nendriyārtheṣu na karmasvanuṣajjate |
sarvasaṃkalpasaṃnyāsī yogārūḍhastadocyate || 4 ||
Verily, when there is no attachment, either to sense-objects, or to actions, having renounced all Sankalpas, then is one said to have attained concentration.
