(parikramya) iyaṃ vāstuvibhāgakriyā. sopasnehatayā gṛhaviśiṣṭa ivāyaṃ bhavanavinyāsaḥ . iha tāvat praveśāvakāśaṃ kariṣye . bhoḥ ! kīdṛśa idānīṃ sandhicchedaḥ kartavyaḥ syāt.
siṃhākrāntaṃ pūrṇacandraṃ jhaṣāsyaṃ candrārdhaṃ vā vyāghravaktraṃ trikoṇam.
sandhicchedaḥ pīṭhikā vā gajāsyamasmatpakṣyā vismitāste kathaṃ syuḥ .. 9 ..
