Karṇa's Burden 24: karṇaḥ

anekayajñāhutitarpito dvijaiḥ
kirīṭimān dānavasaṃghamardanaḥ
suradvipāmphālanakarkaśāṅguli-
rmayā kṛtārthaḥ khalu pākaśāsanaḥ || 23 ||

Gratified by the twice-born with oblations in many sacrifices,
wearing a diadem, the crusher of the host of dānavas,
his fingers hardened by patting the divine elephant—
Pākaśāsana has indeed had his purpose fulfilled by me! || 23
