3.60.42

tathā sthitaḥ pare sarga ātmavargādaṇāvaṇau .
saṃniveśo yathāṅgānāmaṅgino'nanya ātmanaḥ .. 42

41. [Sanskrit available] So likewise does the creation lie hid in, and spring from the Supreme Spirit; as the brightness of gold ornaments is contained in, and comes out of the material metal. (The Divine Spirit is both the material and efficient cause of creation—ex quo & a quo.)

Every atom of creation, is settled in the plenum of Divine spirit; as all the members of the body, are set in the person of their possessor.
