6.28.33

saṃkalpakalanāmātraṃ tathedamavabhāsanam .
yathā kalpita ābhāso manaso'bjajatāṃ gataḥ .. 33

33. [Sanskrit available] It is a creation of the will only and a display of it in the same manner, as the fancied chimera of Brahmanship had possessed the minds of the sons of Indu. (See the narrative of Indu's sons in the upasama Prakarana).
