dravatvānīva toyasya spandā iva sadāgatau .
āvartā iva cāmbhodherguṇino vā yathā guṇāḥ .. 22

22. [Sanskrit available] These are but properties of the Divine Intellect, as fluidity is that of water, motion of the wind, the eddies of the sea, and the qualities of all things. (Creation is coeternal with the Eternal Mind).
