dvijāś ca nā 'vamantavyās, trailokyaiśvaryapūjitāḥ;
devavat pūjanīyās te dānamānārcanādibhiḥ. || 5 ||

Twice-born [brahmins] must not be disrespected, for they are honoured with the sovereignty over the three worlds;
