Rising high through humility, making their own virtues known by recounting the virtues of others, / accomplishing their own ends while undertaking broad and extensive efforts for the sake of others, / refuting wicked men whose mouths are noisy with the harsh words of reproach solely through patience: / who would not revere the virtuous, whose conduct is wondrous and highly honored in the world?
