praṇaya-madhurāḥ premodgārā rasāśrayatāṃ gatāḥ
phaṇiti-madhurā mugdha-prāyāḥ prakāśita-sammadāḥ |
prakṛti-subhagā visrambhārdrāḥ smarodaya-dāyinī
rahasi kim api svairālāpā haranti mṛgīdṛśām ||

Sweet with affection, bursting with love, turned to vessels of aesthetic relish, / sweet in expression, mostly naive, displaying joy, / naturally charming, moist with trust, giving rise to Smara— / in secret, the spontaneous conversations of fawn-eyed women captivate beyond measure.
