The playful gestures of lovely women are natural; / they alone shine in the heart of a fool; / for redness is natural to the lotus, / yet the bee hovers there in vain. / They delude, they intoxicate, they mock, / they scold, they delight, they deject; / having entered tenderly into the hearts of men, / what indeed do fair-eyed women not do?
