smita-kiñcin-mugdhaṃ sarala-taralo dṛṣṭi-vibhavaḥ
parispando vācām abhinava-vilāsokti-sarasaḥ |
gatānām ārambhaḥ kisalayita-līlā-parikaraḥ
spṛśantyās tāruṇyaṃ kim iva na hi ramyaṃ mṛgadṛśaḥ ||

Her glance's power, enchanting with a gentle smile, straightforward yet trembling; / the movement of her speech, charming with ever-new playful words; / the beginning of her gait, its playful graces bursting into sprout— / what is not delightful about the fawn-eyed maiden as she touches youth?
