3.63

etasmād viramendriyārtha-gahanādāyāsakād āśrayaśreyo-
mārgam aśeṣa-duḥkha-śamana-vyāpāra-dakṣaṃ kṣaṇāt |
svātmībhāvam upaihi santyaja nijāṃ kallola-lolaṃ gatiṃ
mā bhūyo bhaja bhaṅgurāṃ bhava-ratiṃ cetaḥ prasīdādhunā ||

Turn back from this exhausting thicket of sense objects; take refuge instantly / in the path of highest good, capable of quelling all sorrow. / Attain unity with your own Self; abandon your restless, surging movement; / do not indulge again in fleeting delight in worldly existence; O mind, be serene now!
