Having bathed in the waters of the Gaṅgā, having worshiped you, O All-pervading Lord, with pure flowers and fruits,
having fixed meditation on the object of meditation at the foot of a rock-couch in a mountain cave,
delighting in the self, eating wild fruits, devoted to the words of the guru—by your grace, O Enemy of Smara,
when shall I be released from the sorrow born of serving a man whose hands and feet are just like mine?
