aghaṭitaṃ ghaṭanāṃ nayati dhruvaṃ sughaṭitaṃ kṣaṇabhaṅguratācalam /
jagadidaṃ kurute sacarācaraṃ vidhiraho balavāniti me matiḥ //

It certainly brings about what is impossible; it turns what was well-established into fleeting instability; / it makes this whole world with all that moves and is still— / ah, destiny is all-powerful: such is my conviction.
