akalilatapastejovīryaprathimni yaśonidhā- vavitathamadadhmāte roṣānmunāvabhidhāvati /
abhinavadhanurvidyādarpakṣamāya ca karmaṇe sphurati rabhasāt pāṇiḥ pādopasaṃgrahaṇāya ca //

While the sage, puffed up with true pride, rushes forward in fury, an abode of glory whose power, ascetic heat, and brilliance are unclouded, / his hand stirs impetuously both to perform an act capable of humbling the pride of new archery and to clasp his feet.
