aṃśupāṇibhiratīva pipāsuḥ padmajaṃ madhu bhṛśaṃ rasayitvā /
kṣībatāmiva gataḥ kṣitimeṣyaṃl lohitaṃ vapuruvāha pataṅgaḥ //

Having deeply tasted the honey born of the lotus with the hands of his rays, exceedingly thirsty, / as if having become intoxicated, the sun, about to reach the earth, bore a red form.
