Knowing how to converse with the incompetent, occupying a wretched seat, and wearing a girdle,
the assembly of wicked men is to be avoided, just as an assembly of Brahmins holding rosaries, sitting on kuśa grass, and wearing the sacred girdle, is to be revered.
