ityāha bhagavān vṛddho jīvako lokapūjitaḥ
bālānāṃ mahatāṃ caiva plīhodaranivartanam
Thus spoke the venerable elder Jīvaka, revered by the world,
concerning the removal of abdominal enlargement due to the spleen in children and in adults.

iti ha smāha bhagavān kaśyapaḥ iti kalpasthāne kaṭutailakalpaḥ
Thus indeed spoke the venerable Kaśyapa.
