bhūteśvaraṃ nīlakaṇṭhe prapadyeta vṛṣadhvajam
cirānubandhī viṣamo yathākālaṃ vivardhate
He should take refuge in the Lord of Spirits, the blue-necked one whose banner bears the bull. / The intermittent [fever], of long persistence, flares up according to its time.
