pākādvā śamanādvā'pi śodhanādvā hṛtādhike
svasthānasthe naro doṣe śuddhasrotā visṛjyate
Through digestion and transformation, through pacification, or through purification, once the excess is removed / and the humour rests in its own place, the person, his microchannels purified, is freed [from fever].
