vāyuśca śītasāmānyāt kaphasyānubalo balī
balavān hi guṇaḥ saumya āgneyo durbalaḥ smṛtaḥ
And vāta, because it shares the quality of cold, is an ally of kapha, and strong; / for the watery quality is strong, while the fiery quality is recorded as weak.
