nīlaspandaśiphā vā'pi supiṣṭā taṇḍulāmbunā
deyā jvaratithau nasye mṛgarājasya vā vasā
Or the root of *nīlaspanda*, well ground with rice-water, / or the fat of a lion, should be administered as nasal drops on the day of the fever.
