8.10.153

granthīnāṃ piḍakānāṃ ca śothe caiva viśāmpate
rohiṇyāṃ vidradhau vā'pi ṣaṣṭhamāse viśeṣataḥ
yathāsvaṃ bheṣajaṃ kuryāddāruṇaṃ śāstrapāragaḥ

For nodules and boils, and for swelling, O ruler of people, / in diphtheria or an abscess, especially in the sixth month, / the master of medical science should administer the appropriate severe medicine.
