traivṛtaṃ tu maṇiṃ kṛtvā taṃ śroṇyāṃ garbhiṇī sadā
prajātā śirasā rājan dhārayet kārayettathā
Having made an amulet of three threads, the pregnant woman should wear it on her hips; / once delivered, O king, she should have it placed on her head and wear it.
